The property is not liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses (including those potentially associated with animals or natural environments), loss, or damage to personal property during the stay. Guests are responsible for practicing appropriate hygiene and sanitation—such as washing hands after touching animals or farm surfaces—and for supervising children at all times during animal encounters or outdoor activities.
Guests are also responsible for any damage they or their visitors cause to the property, fixtures, or furnishings.

Cancellation Policy:
The initial payment is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 6% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in, except for spring/fall/winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld, no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.
Pet Policy:
Our pet friendly units are: Treehouse, Cabin, Casita 1-3, Casita XL, Dome 1-3, A-frame 1-2. Dogs are the only allowed pet on the property. Max 2 pets per unit. Non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet.
Meals Policy:
Meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner) order must be placed online at least 24 hours ahead of time.
