Dishwasher & Busser

Position Summary:

The Dishwasher & Busser plays an essential role in keeping our dining operations running smoothly and our guests well cared for. This dual role is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and well-stocked kitchen and dish area, while also clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables to keep the dining experience seamless. A reliable and energetic team player, the Dishwasher & Busser supports both the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure every guest enjoys a polished and welcoming experience in our serene ranch setting.

Work Environment:

This role is based onsite at a ranch resort and involves work in kitchen, dish, and dining areas. The position requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods, and working around heat, water, noise, and cleaning chemicals. The Dishwasher & Busser must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional presence in a tranquil ranch setting.
