Eighteen ways to sleep under Texas stars
A western town with its own saloon and pool. Glamping domes tucked into the trees. Casitas with mini cows in the backyard. A treehouse, a bath house, villas, and a four-bedroom manor for the whole family.
Every stay comes with the full ranch: the animals, the lake, the pools, the trails, the spa, and the café are all yours from check-in to check-out.

A working farm you can walk right into
Mini Highland cows, goats, sheep, horses, donkeys, kangaroos, peacocks and more, most of them happy to be fed by hand. Cow cuddles are the thing guests talk about most, and newborns show up all spring.
The animals aren't an attraction behind a fence. They're part of the ranch, and they'll wander past your porch.

A spring-fed lake, a beach club, and pools for every mood
Kayaks, paddleboards, pedal boats and a floating obstacle course on the lake. A private beach with cabanas. A retreat-style pool with a swim-up bar, a hot tub, and heated cowboy pools for cooler nights.

Flow Spa: massages, facials, sauna, and a cold plunge
Book a treatment for the afternoon or spend it moving between the infrared sauna, salt room, hydrotherapy and cold plunge. A fully equipped gym for the early risers.

Flow Café, the food truck, and a market for your kitchen
Coffee and breakfast at the café, dinner from the food truck, and a market of prepared-fresh meals you can heat in your stay. Charcuterie boards, pizza nights and s'mores kits for the evenings you'd rather not leave the porch.

Room for the whole family, the whole team, or the whole wedding
Forty-one stays sleep 150 guests, with a chapel under the oaks, a covered pavilion, a great room, and, opening March 2027, The Jubilee garden venue. Reunions, retreats and weddings all fit here.
