The water park is the turquoise lagoon at the center of the ranch: a swim beach, cabanas, and a giant floating obstacle course you climb, slide and fall off all afternoon.
Kids lose whole days here. Parents lose them from a lounger in the shade with the whole thing in view.

The floating obstacle course
An inflatable course anchored in the lagoon through the warm months: climbing walls, slides, balance beams and launch pads. Life jackets are provided and required for kids; adults are welcome and usually end up on it.

The beach club
White sand, shaded cabanas and the beach bar. The launch point for every kayak, paddleboard and pedal boat on the ranch.
The pool up the hill
When you've had enough sand, the main pool has cabanas, a hot tub, fire bowls and the sunset, and every guest on the ranch has access.

Good to know
When is the obstacle course out?
Through the warm months, roughly spring break to early fall, weather permitting. The lagoon and beach are open year-round.
Is it safe for kids?
Yes with a life jacket, which we provide, and an adult nearby. The course sits in the shallower part of the lagoon.
Do day visitors get access?
Yes, the Day Pass includes the water park, pools and beach club.
