Are the stays pet friendly?

Yes, many of our units are pet friendly for dogs only. Please check the specific unit before booking. There is a pet fee of $100 per dog. We have two working ranch dogs that patrol and protect the property. Biscuit & Bailey are friendly but inquisitive. They are hyperaware and will want to meet your doggo! Pet friendly units are: Nooks, Treehouse, Glamping Domes, Villas, Casitas, Cabin, Haven & Bungalows.

Can I bring guests over to the ranch during my stay that are not in the reservation?

No, for the safety and courtesy of our other guests we don’t allow additional guests on property that are not part of the reservation.

The Pods and Nooks; it has 1 bedroom and 1 bath. Fits up to 2 people.

No, our ranch is exclusive for the enjoyment of our guests. Or, you may purchase a day pass.

What do you have to do during the winter?

We have trails that you can do hiking or rent our e-bikes. We have charcuterie board workshop, bath bomb workshop, multi-sport court, skeet shooting, hot tub, s’mores around the fire, indoor gym, animal encounter and the famous cold plunge challenge! We also have Flow Café and Spa where you can enjoy a delightful cup of coffee and relax and enjoy our Spa treatments and spa facilities.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own bike to use on our trails.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in to the property is at 3:00pm and check-out of the property is 11:00am. Please do not arrive or stay longer than our check-in/out times.

We allow dogs in the pond, however, the pool is not dog friendly.

Your stay includes access to the pool, hot tub, waterpark, volleyball / basketball / tennis / pickleball courts, gym, petting zoo, hiking trails, fie pits and outdoor kitchens for barbecuing. We offer rentals such as skeet shooting, kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, pedal boats, e-bikes, fishing, workshops and more at an additional charge.

Are we allowed to bring our own jet ski?

We do not allow outside jet skis. However, we welcome personal bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, and fishing gear.

Do the units have kitchens?

Our bigger units have full kitchens. Smaller units have a mini fridge and microwave. Please check the website when selecting your unit.

We have a total of 4 outdoor grills equipped for our guests’ use.

Is the Flow Café and Spa open to the public?

Flow Café and Spa is open to the public during operating hours of Monday through Saturday 8:00am to 6:00pm by reservation only. Reservations must be made at least 1 day before the meal time. Guests who have not booked a stay must have at least 6 people in their party for their dining reservation.

What is your cancellation policy?

The initial payment is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 6% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in, except for spring/fall/winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld, no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance. We do not provide trip insurance.

Is your ranch wheelchair accessible?

Not all areas of the ranch are wheelchair accessible, as we are a working ranch, but we do our best to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. We have paved roads and sidewalks. The Casita XL is wheelchair accessible. This unit has a ramp to enter, a large shower with a bench inside and a hand rail by the toilet. The Flow Cafe has a ramp leading to the entrance. We have golf carts you can rent during your stay to easily move around the ranch.
