Book and stay
Any stay booked on our website or in the Guest App counts. Nothing to join, nothing to remember at check-in.

Earn a stamp at check-out
Each completed, paid stay adds one stamp to your card automatically. Watch it fill in the Guest App under Ranch Rewards.

Three stamps, one free stay
The moment your third stamp lands, a Free Stay Reward appears in your vouchers. Message or call us to pick your dates, and your card starts again.

Good to know
Do I need to sign up?
No. Stays are matched to the email you book with. Use the same email each time and every stay counts.
Which stays count?
Completed, paid overnight stays booked directly with us (website or Guest App). Day passes, events and stays booked through third-party sites don't earn stamps.
What does the free stay include?
One night in a comparable stay to the ones you've been enjoying, with the whole ranch included as always. Our team will confirm the details when you book it.
Does the reward expire?
Your Free Stay Reward is good for one year from the day you earn it. Stamps themselves don't expire.
Where do I see my stamps?
Sign in to the Guest App with your reservation and open Ranch Rewards. You'll see completed stamps, upcoming stays that will earn one, and any rewards waiting.
